Terms of Services

Waldorf Ads provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS").

You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Waldorf Ads to provide the Service.

You understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Waldorf Ads, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of the Waldorf Ads membership, and that you cannot opt out of receiving them.

You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Waldorf Ads assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

You are responsible for those fees, including fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements.

Upon successful registration for the Service, you will receive an account designation. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account including your password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including your password. You agree to:

a.	immediately notify Waldorf Ads of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security;
b.	exit from your account at the end of each session. Waldorf Ads will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Clause 6.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:-

a.	upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any Content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or generally unlawful;
b.	harm minors in any way;
c.	collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent or in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs (a) through (b) above.

You acknowledge that Waldorf Ads may pre-screen Content and have the right in their sole discretion not to publish any content that is available via the Service. If your Ad has been successfully published on our site, and you choose to edit the Ad again, your Ad will be taken off the site for updated content review.

Waldorf Ads does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.

You agree that Waldorf Ads, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account or any part thereof, including any associated email address or your use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation:-

a.	if Waldorf Ads believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS;
b.	requests by law enforcement or other government agencies;
c.	a request by you (self-initiated account deletions);
d.	discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof);
e.	unexpected technical or security issues or problems;
f.	in compliance with legal process;
g.	if you have or we believe you have engaged in illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, and/or nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services.

Waldorf Ads may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice and that Waldorf Ads may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related Content (including without limitation email messages and photos) associated with or stored in your account and/or bar any further access to such Content or the Service. Further, you agree that Waldorf Ads is not liable to you or any third-party for termination of your account (including any associated email address), or termination of your access to the Service.

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Waldorf Ads has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Waldorf Ads is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

Notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail. The Service may also provide notices of changes to the TOS or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you on the Service. Please ensure that our domain name WALDORFADS.CA is in the 'Safe Senders' list of your e-mail client (such as Outlook and Outlook Express) or web-based applications (such as GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail and others).

Legal Disclaimer

We do NOT disclose any personal information to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes that could be used to personally identify you, such as your password. However, since your e-mail address is published on our website, we are not responsible for SPAM generated as a result of publishing your Ad.

All Ads should be submitted for approval before 24:00 EST, in order to be reviewed, posted on the site and distributed to our registered users next day.

You can save up to 3 (three) pictures with your Ad. The size of the picture should NOT exceed 350 Kb. All pictures should be either in the GIF, PNG or JPG format.

Most of Ads may be pubslished for free and may not contain references (links) to other commercial websites.

The following type of Ads may be posted for reasonable fee: (i) real estate for sale, (ii) long-/short-term and executive rentals, (iii) tourist accommodations, (iv) overseas rentals, (v) timeshares, (vi) retailers, (vii) ads for businesses, (viii) employment and some other services.

Ads for cars and motorcycles should contain some kind of proof of legal ownership.
